PRODUCTION AND ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

My artwork is made by hand in my studio (with the help of my Racoon assistant). All Covid-19 safety precautions are being practiced both during the creation and shipment of everything in my shop. Items will generally ship within a few days of order, but standard processing time for all orders is 7-14 business days. In general, please refer to this page for standard turnaround times:

  • Studio Prints, Art Books, Zines and Stickers: Shipped within 2-7 business days
  • Apparel, Accessories and Canvas Prints: 7-14 business days (Due to Covid-19, shipping times for these categories have been temporarily delayed by my 3rd party manufacturer. Please allow up to 14-21 days for your shipment to arrive. I am in regular contact with my product manufacturers to ensure orders arrive as soon as humanely possible).

Payments

Due to the nature of the items in the shop, all sales are final. That said, if something horrible (like clutch-your-pearls horrible) has gone wrong with your order upon its arrival, please follow the instructions below in the “RETURNS” section for available miracles.

Shipping

Outside of apparel items, I ship directly through USPS the same week your in-studio items are ordered. Need your item ASAP? Contact my studio at [email protected] and I’ll do whatever I can short of teleportation to get it to you at light-speed (additional expense for shipping may apply).

Returns

Can you do it? Yes, you can. But please:

  • Contact me within 4 days of your item (s) delivery
  • Or request a cancellation within 8 hours of purchase

I don’t accept returns on prints or original artwork:

Items that can’t be returned:

Due to the item’s nature, returns are not commonly accepted for:

  • Art Prints
  • Stickers
  • Paper zines and art books
  • Canvas Prints
  • Digital Products
  • Sale Items
  • Custom or personalized orders

MY ORDER IS DAMAGED, WHAT CAN I DO?

If your item arrives damaged, please provide a photo within 4 days of purchase to my studio at [email protected]
